3. Dispatch Time :

i. Prepaid Orders : Orders are dispatched within 4 hours of receiving the order, excluding weekends and national holidays. Orders placed during these times are dispatched on the next working day.

ii. COD Orders : COD orders are dispatched within 24 hours after receiving the order. However, dispatch is subject to order confirmation via phone call. Please ensure you provide us with your correct phone number to facilitate the process. Orders without confirmation within 48 hours are cancelled, and customers are notified via WhatsApp and email.

4. Delivery Timelines: Delivery typically takes 2-5 days, depending on the delivery location.

3. Once your exchange request is approved, you will receive a confirmation email as well as a WhatsApp notification.

Please ensure that the item is in the same condition as you received it - unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging, with the invoice placed inside. For cash-on-delivery (COD) orders, a pick-up charge of Rs 99 per product is applied for returns. Once we receive your return request:

1. A pick-up executive will arrive at your doorstep within 1-2 business days to collect the return items.

2. Upon receiving the return items at our warehouse, a quality check will be conducted. If the items meet the return/exchange criteria, we will proceed to initiate an exchange or refund as per your request.

Refund Process :

1. For prepaid orders: The refund amount will be transferred within 2 days of receiving the returned article to the original source account/mode of payment.

2. For COD and Partially-paid orders: An equivalent amount will be issued as a gift card, valid for lifetime.
