Online Registration
Registration as a purchaser on the Website is free and does not oblige you to purchase anything. You must register with us before placing your first order online.
Registration and/or use of the Website constitutes your acceptance and agreement to be bound by the terms of the Website. To register you will be required to provide certain personal information which is protected by Retrowalk fashion’s Privacy Policy. When registering with us you will be required to provide an email address and a password which will be used as your username and password for the Website. Please keep your password private as we accept no liability for any damages suffered or losses incurred from the use or misuse of your account.
You will be required to enter your username and password each time you visit our Website. To amend any registration particulars please click on "My Profile" where you can edit your details. When registering as a purchaser you are required to provide us with complete and accurate information about yourself. By doing so you warrant that the information provided is correct. Upon acceptance of your registration, an email confirmation of your registration as a purchaser will be transmitted to you. Product Pricing, Availability and Delivery
The products displayed on the Website are subject to availability and will be delivered within India only, within the areas as determined by Retrowalk Fashion Pvt Ltd. Available delivery areas are identified at the checkout process when the delivery address is entered, and it remains the responsibility of the customer to ensure the delivery address, including the suburb and postal code, is correct.
All prices displayed on the Website are valid and effective only in India for the day that they are viewed.
Inadvertent and Obvious Errors
Whilst all precautions are taken by the Company to provide the correct information on the website, in the event that we identify an inadvertent and obvious error in the price, product description, images and any other relevant content, we are not obliged to provide you with the affected product.
We will make every effort to contact you to alert you of the error. In such circumstances you are entitled to cancel the purchase and we will provide a full refund for the amount paid.
Product Reviews
By submitting Product reviews to us, you represent and warrant that:
You understand you are participating in a public forum and that your submitted content and other personal information will be available to all other users of the sites, the community and potentially third party sites.
When you submit a review, you agree to the following:

Orders
Confirmation of Orders
Orders placed online constitute your offer to purchase subject to these terms. On receipt of your order we will send you an email describing the products you have ordered. These communications confirm we have received your order, but do not represent any acceptance of your offer to purchase products from us. We are not legally obliged to provide the products to you during the offer process.
Cancellation
If for any reason you would like to cancel an order, this may be done by contacting our Customer Services Center.
Order Tracking
You can track the status of your order by logging into your account and by clicking on "My Orders". Once you have selected the order that you wish to track you will be able to see if your order has been received by us, if it has been delivered to you.
We will also send you emails and/or SMSs to advise you on the progress of your order.
Delivery
A delivery fee might be charged for each delivery order placed by you. We deliver from Monday to Sunday, 08h00 till 20h00. Items are delivered in 2 (two) to 7 (Seven) working days if there are no unexpected delays. Should it be unavoidable for us to exceed these delivery times, you will be notified either telephonically or electronically.
We deliver to registered customers within certain specified delivery areas. Deliveries to outlying areas shall attract an additional surcharge that will be calculated on checkout. An outlying area refers to a suburb or town that falls out of any regional town/city or main center. Outlying areas include farms, mines and townships.
On delivery of the order to the specified delivery address, you will receive our delivery note showing the items delivered. For verification purposes, the person accepting delivery at the delivery address will be required to produce a form of identification. Our sole liability for failing to deliver the Products timorously is limited to delivery being effected at a later agreed time at no additional charge.
Please arrange that you or your authorized representative, who is a responsible person, is available to accept your purchases at the delivery address and that appropriate access will be made available. We have outsourced all deliveries and accordingly, cannot, to the extent permitted by law, be liable for any damage suffered or loss incurred by reason of any acts or omissions of the courier.
Delivery Confirmation
We will indicate its acceptance of your order by delivering the products to you or allowing you to collect them, and only at that point will a contract between you and us be completed. This is regardless of any communication from us stating that your order or payment has been confirmed. We will indicate its rejection of your order by cancelling it and, as soon as possible thereafter, refunding you for any amount already paid. Any products on the same order which have not been dispatched/delivered to you will not form part of that the contract between you and us. Delivery dates are estimates only, and as we process your order we will inform you if any products on your order turn out to be unavailable or delayed for any reason.
Payment
Methods of Payment
Prior to delivery or confirmation from us for collection of the Products by you, we shall be entitled to debit the card supplied by you on acceptance of your order should you be paying with a card.
3D Secure
When using your card for online shopping on the Website, Retrofashion walk will attempt to use 3D Secure as an additional security measure if your issuing bank supports it. 3D Secure will authenticate your personal details and will authorise payment for online shopping. If your issuing bank supports 3D Secure but you have not activated it, you will be redirected during the payment process to set it up.
Refunds
Retrowalk Fashion will refund a purchase for the exact amount paid less the following:
- any delivery costs already incurred by us;
- any restocking fee for special orders.
Refunds will only be processed onto the payment method that was used when the order was created, and into the account it was paid from e.g. debit card, credit card, UPI or EFT. Also, French Cuff shirts are shipped with complimentary cufflinks and a wooden gift box as part of the product offering. For eligible returns, these items must be returned in original condition. If the cufflinks and/or wooden box are not returned, the applicable refund will be processed after deducting the actual selling price of the missing accessories.
A refund can take up to 7 business days to reflect in your account, and UPI, EFT refunds are subject to verification of your banking details.
To verify your banking details, you will be required to supply the following information:
- Proof of Payment;
- Proof of banking details;
- ID Number.

Risk and Ownership
Risk in the Products shall pass to you by acceptance of the Products by your authorized representative on delivery. We will retain ownership in the Products until payment has been received in full.

All intellectual property rights, including copyright, in all materials, including trademarks, logos, photographs, images, text and other graphics which form part of the Website are owned by Retrowalk fashion Pvt Ltd alternatively Retrowalk fashion Pvt Ltd is the lawful licensee thereof. Such rights are protected by both Indian and international intellectual property laws. All data and information communicated to or from the Website and/or any Website information as well as the database is the sole property of Retrowalk Fashion Pvt Ltd.

The Offer is open to all Indian Citizens residing in India above the age of 18 years who meet the specified eligibility criteria. By participating in this Offer, you agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions ("T&Cs"). Product Replacement: During the Sale period, products ordered can be replaced at a fee of ₹99 per product. If the desired product is unavailable, customers can opt for an equivalent product or pay the difference for a higher-priced product but refund is not applicable even if these products are bundled with any products or offers.

Return and Exchange Policies:
- Sale@999 orders are one-time replaceable at a fee of ₹99 per product.
- Prepaid orders are eligible for return only during non-Sale periods. Orders can be exchanged during the Sale.
- Products can be returned within 7 days from the date of delivery if incorrect or of incorrect quantity. Damaged products must be reported within 7 days, accompanied by pictures of the products & invoice sent to care@theformalclub.com for resolution.
- Returned items must be in original condition, unworn, unused, with tags and labels, and in the original packing.

Order Limitations: Customers can order a maximum of 4 units of one product with a specific net quantity. Orders exceeding this limit will be cancelled.

Refund Policy: No refunds are offered on orders (Prepaid or COD) made during Sale@999. Exchanges are available as per the specified conditions. After one-time replacement, refunds are not available for prepaid orders. Second-time exchanges will incur a charge of ₹150.

Program Policy & Terms of Use
Why We Started This:
At The Formal Club, we believe the future of menswear needs better choices. Today, a large part of men’s wardrobes is made using polyester - essentially plastic-based fabric that stays in use for years and continues to shed microplastics over time.
The Wardrobe Upgrade is our small step towards changing that. Instead of letting old shirts sit unused or end up in landfills, we wanted to create a more responsible upgrade path — one that encourages customers to gradually move towards better, natural fabrics and a more thoughtful wardrobe.
Our mission is simple:
Eliminate plastic from men’s wardrobes — starting with shirts.
1. Program Eligibility
- The Wardrobe Upgrade program is applicable only on shirts.
- Shirts from any brand and fabric composition are accepted, including polyester and blended garments.
- The program is currently available only within India.
- Participation is subject to successful verification and approval by The Formal Club.
2. Accepted Garments
We currently accept:
- ✔ Formal shirts
- ✔ Casual shirts
- ✔ Cotton shirts
- ✔ Linen shirts
- ✔ Polyester or blended shirts
from any brand.
3. Non-Accepted Garments
The following items are not eligible under the program:
- ❌ Torn or heavily damaged garments
- ❌ Shirts with excessive stains or contamination
- ❌ Wet or unhygienic garments
- ❌ Innerwear or undergarments
- ❌ T-shirts, jeans, trousers, jackets, or non-shirt garments
The Formal Club reserves the right to reject any garment that does not meet the program criteria.
4. Reward Structure
- Customers will receive ₹100 worth of reward credits/TFC Coins per approved shirt.
- Rewards are applicable for up to 4 shirts per upgrade request cycle.
- Maximum reward value per request cycle is ₹400.
- Rewards are issued only after successful receipt and verification of garments.
5. Reward Issuance
- Reward coupons/TFC Coins will be shared via the registered email address provided during the request.
- Rewards are typically processed within 5–7 working days after successful receipt and verification.
- The Formal Club reserves the right to reject submissions that do not meet program guidelines.
6. Coupon Usage & Redemption
- Only one Wardrobe Upgrade reward coupon can be redeemed per order.
- Multiple reward coupons cannot be combined or stacked in a single transaction.
- Reward coupons cannot be exchanged for cash or refunded under any circumstances.
- Reward coupons may not be applicable on select promotional offers, membership programs, bundles, or limited-time campaigns unless explicitly stated.
- Reward coupons must be redeemed within the validity period mentioned in the issued email.
7. Exchange & Return Policy
- Products purchased using Wardrobe Upgrade rewards are not eligible for refunds.
- Only one exchange request will be allowed per order placed using Wardrobe Upgrade rewards.
- Exchange requests are subject to product availability and applicable exchange policies of The Formal Club.
8. Pickup & Shipping
- Pickup availability may vary depending on serviceable locations.
- Customers are requested to securely pack garments before handover.
- Once garments are collected and processed under the program, they cannot be returned.
9. Sustainability Commitment
Garments collected through this initiative may be:
- responsibly recycled,
- repurposed,
- donated where applicable,
- or processed through authorized textile recovery channels.
The Formal Club does not guarantee any specific reuse or recycling outcome for individual garments.
10. Fair Usage Policy
To ensure fair participation for all customers:
- Bulk or commercial submissions may be restricted or rejected.
- Misuse of the program, including fraudulent activity or repeated abuse of rewards, may result in suspension from the program.
- The Formal Club reserves the right to limit participation at its discretion.
11. Modification & Termination
The Formal Club reserves the right to:
- modify program rules,
- revise reward structures,
- change eligibility criteria,
- pause,
- or discontinue the program at any time without prior notice.
12. Limitation of Liability
By participating in The Wardrobe Upgrade program, customers acknowledge and agree that:
- The Formal Club shall not be held responsible for any loss or damage arising from participation in the program.
- Acceptance or rejection of garments shall remain solely at the discretion of The Formal Club.
- Participation in the program constitutes acceptance of all applicable terms and conditions.

- The Formal Club reserves the final right of interpretation in case of any disputes.
