Cancellation, Exchange, Return and Refund
You can cancel you order within 6 hours of placing the order via Whatsapp. You can opt to cancel order by clicking the cancel order button in the Order confirmation message.
To return or exchange a product, visit Easy Return & Exchange section on our website. Pack the product back in its original packaging with tags and hand it over to our courier person. Once we receive it in our warehouse, we will verify it and issue a refund to the same account used for payment. Please note that no handling fee is charged for returns. However, free products received during promotional events/offers are not eligible for returns.
