To initiate an exchange or return:
1. Visit our website at https://theformalclub.in and navigate to the "Easy Return/Exchange" section at the bottom of the page.
2. Fill in the required details in the input fields, select the items you wish to exchange, and indicate the items you'd like to exchange them with.
3. Once your exchange request is approved, you will receive a confirmation email as well as a WhatsApp notification.
NOTE - Orders that are part of a TFCB2G1 Sale (Buy 2 Get 1 Free) or any other similar promotions wherein free products are included, will only be eligible for one time exchange but no return.
Please ensure that the item is in the same condition as you received it - unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging, with the invoice placed inside.
For cash-on-delivery (COD) orders, a pick-up charge of Rs 99 per product is applied for returns. Once we receive your return request:
1. A pick-up executive will arrive at your doorstep within 1-2 business days to collect the return items.
2. Upon receiving the return items at our warehouse, a quality check will be conducted. If the items meet the return/exchange criteria, we will proceed to initiate an exchange or refund as per your request.
Refund Process :
1. For prepaid orders: The refund amount will be transferred within 2 days of receiving the returned article to the original source account/mode of payment.
2. For COD and Partially-paid orders: An equivalent amount will be issued as a gift card, valid for lifetime.
