No, we do not charge any additional fees for returns or exchanges for prepaid orders. For COD orders, we do charge 100 Rs for exchange and returns.

Once we receive it in our warehouse, we will verify it and issue a refund to the same account used for payment. Please note that no handling fee is charged for returns.
