Refund policy

REFUND AND EXCHANGE POLICY

  1. We understand that sometimes, products may not meet your expectations and we truly want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from The Formal Club. Therefore, we offer hassle-free returns and exchanges for a period of 7 days from the date of delivery.
  2. To initiate a return or exchange, please visit our website and navigate to the "Returns & Exchanges" section.
  3. Select the product you wish to return or exchange, and provide a reason for the return or exchange.
  4. Once your return or exchange request has been approved, we will arrange for a reverse pick-up at your designated address within 7 days of the delivery date. You will receive an email with details about the pick-up time and date, as well as the courier company's name and contact details.
  5. In the event that a customer selects an item of lower value during an exchange, the price difference will be issued as store credit. This store credit may be used toward future purchases in accordance with the store’s standard terms and conditions.
  6. Please ensure that the product(s) are returned in the same condition as they were shipped, with all original tags attached and packaging intact. If the products are returned in poor condition or have been worn, we may not be able to process a refund.
  7. Our courier partner will make two attempts to pick up the package. If they are unable to pick up the package, you will be required to send the package back to our company address.
  8. Once we receive the package, our team will inspect the product to ensure that it is in the same condition as when it was shipped. If the product is deemed to be in good condition, we will initiate the return or exchange process.
  9. For return of prepaid orders, the shipping charges will be deducted from the original amount and it will be issued as store credit, rest of the amount will be refunded to your bank account within 48 hours of receiving the product(s) at our end. For COD orders, a coupon code worth the complete amount of the returned product(s) will be issued to you within 48 hours, which can be used for future purchases on our website and is valid for 1 year.
  10. Kindly allow 7 days for the return to be processed and the amount to be shown in your bank account. Refunds or bank transfers are only applicable for prepaid orders or online payments made on our website.
  11. Unfortunately, we do not provide refunds for cash on delivery (COD) orders. However, we do offer the option of a replacement or an exchange for the shirt of your choice, provided it is of the same price. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable.

All pending queries will be solved on priority the next day.
  13. Please note that cancellations will only be possible until the order has not been dispatched from our warehouse.
  14. Once a product has been exchanged and delivered, no further actions such as exchange or refund will be applicable on that order.
  15. French Cuff shirts are shipped with complimentary cufflinks and a wooden gift box as part of the product offering. For eligible returns, these items must be returned in original condition. If the cufflinks and/or wooden box are not returned, the applicable refund will be processed after deducting the actual selling price of the missing accessories.

SELF-MANAGED RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

  1. If your pincode is non-serviceable for a QC reverse pick-up, you may choose to self-ship the product(s) to us at the following address: Retrowalk Fashion Pvt Ltd, 1st Floor, Plot No – 48, Chandigarh Industrial Area – 1, Chandigarh - 160002.
  2. Please make sure that the items are packed securely to prevent any loss or damage during transit. Also, ensure that the ORDER ID and registered mobile number are clearly mentioned on the packaging.
  3. Please note that all items must be in unused condition with all original tags attached and packaging intact to be eligible for return or exchange.
  4. Once we receive the product(s) within 7 days from the date of delivery, we will initiate the return or exchange process. For prepaid orders, the shipping charges will be deducted from the original amount and it will be issued as store credit, rest of the amount will be refunded to your bank account within 48 hours of receiving the product(s) at our end. For COD orders, a coupon code worth the complete amount of the returned product(s) will be issued to you within 48 hours, which can be used for future purchases on our website and is valid for 1 year.
  5. Please make sure that the courier costs do not exceed INR 100, as this is the maximum amount that will be reimbursed to you for self-shipping the product(s). We recommend using ‘Speed Post’ as your courier service. Speed Post is a Government of India-owned entity and has the most widely distributed postal network in India.
  6. Once we receive the self-shipped product(s), it may take up to 7 days for the return or exchange to be processed and for the amount to be reflected in your bank account.

REFUND POLICY FOR FREE PRODUCT DEALS

  1. Orders that are part of a TFCB4G25P Sale (Buy 4 Get 25% Discount) or 999 rs products or any other similar promotions wherein free products are included, will not be eligible for returns or exchanges. In case of a refund, the shipping charges will be deducted from the original amount, and it will be issued as store credit

Note: We do not offer returns or exchanges for free products received as part of a BOGO Sale or any other similar promotions. Please carefully review your order before finalizing the purchase.
